Confirmation of your transfer is immediate. After completing your online booking, you will receive a booking voucher by email with all the necessary details - contact and location information for the driver. On the day of the service, you simply present the voucher to the driver.

For most vehicles, child seats can be added while making your booking.

All Goldens Transfers services are private. That is, one vehicle per reservation/family/group.

When booking your transfer service, please check the vehicle details to make sure the vehicle can hold the required luggage. If in doubt, request more than one vehicle or choose a larger size.

If your incoming flight is delayed, we will wait free of charge for up to one hour. Longer times will be charged additional fees, however we will always wait for your arrival.

After leaving the baggage claim area, our driver will be present in the arrivals area, properly identified with your name and destination, for easy recognition. In case of flight delay, don't worry, we will monitor the status of your flight to adjust the time of your pick-up.

No, there is no need to reconfirm your booking if you have already received an email with your booking reference and confirmation. If you have booked a return, there is also no need to reconfirm your return transportation unless we ask you to do so.
